Christina is a Certified Health Coach, Certified Life Coach, holds a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology, and lover of yoga, nature, plants, meditation, manifestation and breathwork. Breathwork is an ancient healing modality that has been used by humans for thousands of years.
Christina facilitates and holds space for a type of breathwork which works deep in the physical and energetic body. Through the breathing one may clear emotional and energetic blockages, soothe stress, experience joy, open the heart, receive guidance, activate intuition, connect to Spirit, awaken creativity...and more.
Christina explains, “The breathing is a two-part breath as taught by my teacher David Elliott. Through the breath, you will experience your body’s own healing intelligence and feel a movement of energy in the form of vibration.”
The breathwork is an “active form of meditation”, which allows the brain to relax enough to access and release stored and trapped emotions in the body and can induce a deep meditative state. Every breathwork session will be different depending on what is needed for healing in that particular moment.
You may feel softer, more spacious and a deeper sense of ease after breath work, but the only way to really know what it’s like it to try it yourself.
