This authentic two hour workshop will elevate your creative energy through a gathering of radiant women, a playful and fluid yoga practice, a journey into mandala art, and mindfulness practices to release judgement and control.

Join Danielle and Cat for a morning of self-exploration, connection and creativity, sprinkled with love and positive vibes for creative inspiration and self-growth. No previous art experience is necessary!

Danielle is a holistic wellness coach, yoga teacher and meditation guide. Her mission is to help people feel more connected to themselves, their passions and their joy, so they can evolve well and thrive. Regardless if the trauma is currently being experienced or something that we are replaying from the past, the emotional stress that happens to our body is the same. It takes our pain from a place of feedback and learning to one of suffering and feeling like we are alone. When we feel this way, we may find we are hiding and secluding ourselves, and closing our heart to protect ourselves.

This workshop will offer you tools to heal this hurt and move towards more healthy relationships, starting with your relationship to yourself.

In a safe and supportive space we will embark on a healing known as “sit and sift.”

This meditation + group healing will take place as you relax in Shavasana. A relaxing guided meditation will play as Rachael provides a group healing session that will balance body, and mind while clearing stagnant energy.

Together with intention, and the power of the breath we will honor the dark and allow the potent energy of the death/rebirth cycle to clarify and catalyze your next stage of transformation.

Christina will guide you through a two-part Pranayama Breathwork Meditation taught by her teacher, David Elliott.

This simple practice that’s been used for thousands of years. There are many variations to Pranayama yoga breathing, but the essential technique you will experience is…

  • Lay down on your back, close your eyes and breath deeply through your mouth for a while. (There’s two stages in the inhale — once into the stomach and once more into the chest before you exhale through the mouth.)

  • The way it works, it gets the energy moving through your body and helps your mind settle down. It stimulates the energy meridians in your body, and helps you release stagnant energy in different parts of your energy field. Most people feel the effects of the breathing viscerally in their body and energy within minutes.

One benefit of an ‘active meditation’ practice is it really helps you let go of the mental activity since you have something to focus on.

Join Christina Echevarria as she guides a special experience of embodied love and gratitude through Breathwork.

We will open the space with a gratitude ritual and guided meditation to work with the energy of the heart before moving into the breathing. You will lay down, get comfy and use a two-part pranamaya technique to cleanse and clear your emotional body, connect to your innermost self and open your heart to feelings of love, gratitude and connection!

Essential oils, sacred plants and music will be utilized to enhance your sensory and energetic experience. We will look at ways to nourish ourselves, and connect to our inner wisdom.

Our intention with each monthly gathering will be to support you in...

What are the benefits of the Gong Meditation?

"Our sacred duty as parents is to feel whole so that our children have an example of their own self-worth. How we care for ourselves is really a way to care for our children and our families."

The Mother's Circle is an opportunity to come together, connect, be uplifted, nurtured and restored. Through breath, conscious movement and radical self-love we will connect to ourselves so that we may connect more deeply with our families. We will look at ways to nourish ourselves, and connect to our inner wisdom.

Our intention with each monthly gathering will be to support you in...

In this 4 week series, Ashley Smith of Into The Heart will introduce you to a well rounded and deeply transformative sampling of some of the classic Kundalini practices. Each week will focus on a new area of the body, aura, or magnetic field.

An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, that may be a little different than what you may have experienced at your gym or local yoga studio. 

Kundalini Yoga tonifies and strengthens the nervous system and activates the master glands in the brain.  A major focus is placed on the breath, sacred sound currents, and dynamic movements that activate and strengthen the organs and the systems of the body.

However, in our modern society, women are often expected to work, act and live like men. This constant pressure to live on a 24-hour cycle is not aligned with the nature of our bodies and hormonal health.

When we live in sync with the cyclical nature of our human bodies, we are able to remove the pain and stress from our cycle, harness our creative power, connect with our True Self, embrace our emotions and live our best lives!

Ashley shares, "We come together and sit in silence as we connect to the ways of the ancients. Each bowl of tea gently guides us into a meditative softening, an opening to our inner realms. Through this space that Tea creates we are able to listen, to truly hear our Highest Selves. The leaves used in our ceremonies are extremely unique in that they are all organic and come from, wild, old growth trees and plants that are sustainably grown and harvested by farmers who love, respect, and understand the power of this medicine. Living Tea, as it is known in my tradition, has the power to cleanse, purify, ground and heal the Spirit, and when treated as ancient medicine, will guide us to subtle areas within that will be gently healed and processed. Qi is balanced and with each ceremony we are born anew. This is a holistic experience balancing the physical, mental and spiritual bodies with each sit."

In the quiet we have an opportunity to contemplate and be more aware of our visions and dreams.  It also brings the promise of new beginnings. It is a time for finding the light within to fire our intentions for the coming seasons.
