It's all too easy to be bombarded by external distraction and over-stimulation. It's during these busy times that we tend to lose connection and forget our deep, inherent need to be present with ourselves.

 Join us as we move to attune, ground & align-- co-creating a peaceful environment to bring us back to our source with deep breathing, mantra meditation and guided relaxation--with the addition of sound healing--using the resonations of the frame drum and crystal bowls to deepen the experience.
