Andrea Behler, founder of AfterDawn and 500 RYT, will lead a transformative, authentic experience that will consist of discussion, gentle movement, mudra (hand postures), guided meditation, silent meditation, and journaling (bring your favorite journal or notebook).
Our focus for this workshop will be on Ahimsa, the principle of nonviolence toward all living things, and more specifically nonviolence toward YOURSELF. You will discover and recreate a powerful affirmation to implement into your daily routine that will aid in the reprogramming of your mind. The time to start loving yourself is NOW.
