Join Danielle for a special gratitude inspired yoga and meditation practice in the park. A beautiful opportunity to get outside and connect with nature and others. This will be a gentle yoga class with some standing and seated postures, followed by a peaceful meditation.
Please be sure to register in advance. If there are any weather permitting challenges we will communicate through email and hold our practice at Intent Space.
BRING: A yoga mat or blanket for your practice and any other props you like to use.
