Join Yoga 4 Change and Intent Space for a 60 minute Mindful Flow to begin your week.
The practice will start with a centering meditation, followed by a series of both standing and seated postures designed to allow each student the opportunity to create a moving meditation unique to their own individual body. The class will end with a meditative final rest where each student will be invited to practice both self-reflection and self-inquiry.
This class is meant for all levels and abilities: seasoned practitioners, beginners, and everyone in between. All donations will benefit Yoga 4 Change. For more information, please seewww.y4c.org.
