Join us at Intent Space for a Kundalini Yoga workshop created to invoke and inspire a sense of well being and inner balance that can support you as we transition into the Fall season.
As we bid a warm farewell to the Summer (although we don't necessarily bid farewell to the summer heat here in St. Pete) and welcome in the new energies of Fall, we may all be in need of a little tune-up, a time and space to shake away the business that preparation for a new school year, a recovery period at work after being away for the summer break, or the intensity that the heat and rain may have activated in all of us.
This workshop is just the thing to nurture and nourish the settling down and softening of our nervous systems after the often times very busy and fun-filled summer season.
We will work within the energetic theme of RECALIBRATION with the intention of self-renewal, inner-balance and rejuvenation so that we may reclaim some of the energy exerted in recent months and gracefully and mindfully channel it into the season ahead.
These workshops are open to practitioners of all levels and no previous experience or knowledge of Kundalini Yoga is necessary to attend. The exercises within these practices are challenging, dynamic and unique and work on the levels of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual to inform a holistic opportunity for healing.
