Nia Beginner 6 Week Class Series (pre-registration required)


Guided by Christine Stineman , Licensed Massage Therapist and Black Belt Nia Instructor.

Each week we will have fun exploring the basic concepts of Nia designed especially if you are new to Nia. Experienced Nia dancers also welcome!


Nia is a non-impact, holistic barefoot fitness practice that integrates body, mind and spirit while moving with a variety of movement art forms.

Nia combines the expressiveness of dance, the power of martial arts and the body awareness of the healing arts. It is practiced barefoot to a variety of soul-stirring music, stimulating and integrating your mind, body emotions and spirit.
