What is reiki?

Reiki is a spiritual healing practice that helps your system balance itself. Balance is always a good thing, because your body can only self-heal when your nervous system is balanced.

Reiki is non-invasive and facilitated by light touch or hands just above your head and torso while you lie fully clothed on a treatment table.

*Reiki requires NO BELIEF, just a willingness to experience.
