Honoring Transitions, Cycles, & Letting Go

Fall is a reminder to honor transitions, cycles, letting go and restructuring.

This is the season of descent and of turning inwards.

Trees lose their leaves, plants die after dropping their seeds.

Nature discards what is no longer useful so that what is retained is of greatest value to life.

Everything is falling…
…leaves
…temps
…angle of the sun

🍂Natures does not resist the falling away. 🍂

This season is about CREATING SPACE as things fall away.

INQUIRY: How might this play out in your daily life?

Some practical ways might be sorting through your possessions, reviewing relationships and agreements, letting go of projects or old dreams that may no longer resonate, releasing outdated habits or conditioned tendencies.

Take some time today and the next few days to reflect on what might be ready to fall away.

Create space for systems, structures, rituals, routines, habits that actually contribute to what is essential to you.
