I relish this in between time after the Winter holidays and right before the New Year; the liminal space between what was and what is possible.

For me, it has always felt like a pocket of time where choosing to do nothing, intentionally slowing down, pausing, and reflecting seems absolutely acceptable and utterly the best decision.

This new year will have me crafting a new chapter of an ever evolving story; my story.

With a brave heart, I am moving towards creative work that merges my many decades of working within the Wellness space and my absolute love of creating warm, simple, nourishing spaces.

In truth, these two passions have never been separate from each other. I have always seen home and the spaces we inhabit as opportunities to encourage connection, wellbeing and a sense of harmony as well as contribute to enriching our emotional experiences.

I came across this question recently, “If you could be truly excellent at only one thing, what would it be?” Over the last several years I’ve captured glimpses of what that could be.

What I know for sure is the thread that weaves together all the paths I’ve ventured along…a devotion to supporting well-being and a desire to create opportunities to feel nourished and inspired.

At the heart of everything I do, projects big and small, is the intention of shaping and creating nourishing spaces for more meaningful connections; to ourselves, our spaces, nature and each other.

Thank you for your support throughout the years and I can’t wait to share more with you soonest!
